Don't know of any manuals usually list standard crank journal sizes and block and connecting rod bore sizes.
What is it your looking for

Dieselmax 444 has lost a thrust washer and picked up the bigger main shell

I can see them doing a oversize for a worn crank but not a worn journal

i dont think you will but if anyone will know it will be some one like Payne's of oxford or similar engine machining/engineering companies

Crank is fine shell spun a bit

You need to speak with someone that does engine machining to see whats possible or not. no dealers will sell shells for worn blocks/bearing caps

Wrong crank/machine

If the bearing has spun and not damaged the crank, I'd assume that the main bearing cap will have suffered and the hole will no longer be round..

It was just a random JCB engine

The 444 uses a slightly odd set up 4 of the mains are 1 size then the 5th flywheel end 1 is about 16mm bigger
