We are still waiting for some to arrive from a vendor that did the transfer early Feb.

Having never done one before not sure how long they take

If transfered electronically transfer is instant. However, you mention copy of vendors form - which suggests a paper RLE1 was submitted. This is not the RPA preferred method and last time I had any transfer done by paper RLE1 it was July before RPA picked up the paper to complete the transfer.

Did land transfer using RLE1 in March ,took approx. 2 weeks.

If classed as tenanted land, you have to use RLE1

What is this paper you speak of? ? If you do the transfer online it should be pretty much instant.

Yes they were paper forms, after a few phone calls we got them done and added so all sorted
