Not directly, but I was part of a focus group with @Red Fred and led by PhD student Charlotte Chivers that discussed Entrade & other schemes designed to mitigate pollution on a landscape scale. Neither he nor I were in the Poole Harbour catchment so we weren't eligible for the scheme.
IMO it's a scheme designed with noble intentions to save Wessex Water a few quid in sewage treatment to remove pollutants if the local farmers reduced their output to bring the overall levels down with better management of soils & farm practices. The reverse auction is quite divisive - you're setting farmer against farmer for the cover crop seed etc. There is also the question of what they di with the data in the future. Swap the carrot for the stick?
