We have kept it at £6 at Scarcroft but need to look again when we address the accounts.
We always give prize money which needs £500 before you start. Our main problem is exit onto very busy roads bordering the site which means we always need a road sweeper.
Luckily we have one or two loyal sponsors.

£7-10 here, buy your own food at the burger van or bring your own. We used to take a lot of entries on the day but this is hard on the organisers and most of the expenses have been met by the day of the match. Some still turn up on the day and expect to have a plot but, almost without exception, these characters have never organised a match. We also have a no cancellation policy by either side, in other words the surplus still goes to charity even if the match is cancelled.
