Environment Agency waste exemptions survey

Had an email today - "we would like to help you understand the upcoming changes to waste exemptions this year"

"Your feedback will be used to improve the guidance and the waste exemtion registration service"

"Our researcher will contact you to set up a 30 to 45 minute online meeting between 26th April and Mid May"

I am not sure that I have a spare 45 minutes between April 26th and mid May - lambing and calving are slightly unpredictable as well as all the other spring work plus I am not sure that the EA will be pleased to hear my opinion of the whole bureaucratic nonsense that is the waste exemption thing.

Anyone else been asked, or is it just me because I tried to register the exmption for a mate (which I had done several times before) but then found out that he had passed away just before I re-registered his farm?

I completed the survey for changes to the waste carriers licence. I can see it as a complete waste of time with more red tape, which will only ever get more complicated. If it stops fly tipping then it might be useful.
