EPQ Ideas on Agriculture

Hi, I am in year 13 and am going to do an EPQ (Extended Project Qualification)
I want to study Agriculture with Farm Business Management (or Animal Science) and want to focus my project around this area- or just agriculture in general.
I live on a sheep farm but am open to any topics- if you have any ideas then please let me know!

And anything to help us non-techies to grasp how to apply the more finely honed agricultural techniques that are coming from current studies into real world, in field situations.

Little sister did one of these, it was on the social lives of cows and studied how they interacted with each other in the herd. Was very interesting.

Could do something similar for the sheep.

Did she read any of the works of Temple Grandin? She spent a lot of time studying the behaviours of cattle for her PhD. There must be an equivalent guru for sheep?
