I got there to get the drill, and was in time to see the swathers go for about £800 apiece. They obviously hadn't cut anything for many years!!
There were plenty of beardy types around them!

It turns out that my long lost uncle used to drill with it up to about 6 years ago, and his old employers who put it in the sale love the story, and are looking out any other old bits they've got for it!

Probably, I priced a similar spec vicon last spring and it was £17000 ish , thanks it wasn’t cheep then glad I didn’t waste a day going to look at it then
Not many people there with most items selling at sensible prices rather than the over inflated prices you often see at farm sales.

Well Bucks really. Yes I was under bidder on the JD 8360rt should have gone to more on it really as it was low hours and looked to have had an kind life.
I think the crawler was a good buy and we might have been budding as well if present .
Slightly the the wrong time of year to buy that tractor. It will be I interesting to see what Doubleday will want for it?
