IF UK, did what it agreed to do, NI people wouldn’t see these impacts. If it invested in the infrastructure, IT systems, hired and trained the requisite staff, etc, etc, the Protocol would work as it was designed to work.
But hey, it’s Bozza The Clown..
Agreed , it was a poor divorce , but we're out .Bungling, Useless and Frosty after having sold the deal to the brine sweated are now trying to forment a fake fervour for something they agreed to.
Where is the Orwell of our times for this nonsense.
For that is what is, constructed nonsense.
Bullox. Only a certified idiot would try to impose any kind of restriction between NI and the rest of the UK or NI and the remainder of Ireland. There is absolutely no need for any kind of peculiar border arrangements whatsoever. It's just the EU being a bunch of lames.
Apparently Macron behind this
true.
What sort of imbecile would agree to a customs border within their own country in a international treaty.
We're on 6th month post Brexit 'deal'. If you could only comprehend what is happening right now between NI and Britain , what type of mad show is being run in APHA, DEFRA and DAERA. It is like having a wedding in small town circus. Contradictions, de-regulations. Incomplete phytosanitary certificates from third countries, goods coming without proper check on entry. Import regulations being very loose compared to export regulations just to move anything to NI. Plain wrong officers, expecting exporters to adjust within days. Double standards - crazy paperwork for small companies while corporate supermarkets moving everything like borders don't exist, because they got a 2h window few days around Christmas 2020 to register and have exemption from export regulations. Jobsworth officers asking for sealing trailers with plant produce for export like it's a livestock. Pure madness and utterly disgusting way government is dealing with own laws.
But feel free to blame EU for everything.
Part of a longer failure by successive UK governments and political unionism.Surprised you need to ask after two years of the imbecile.
This is the beauty of Brexit we now know exactly the right pillocks to blame starting with the head pillock in no 10We're on 6th month post Brexit 'deal'. Checks start at the end of this month. It was the UK that postponed the import checks as they weren't ready.Am I the only one that finds it laughable when some jumped up EU spokes person comes on the TV complaining of chilled meats & sausages going to Northern Ireland, hello, endless amounts of such items are flooding into this country ( a third country) with no restrictions whatever, time to reciprocate any rules they intend to put in place don't you think!
As I mentioned in no 34Checks start at the end of this month. It was the UK that postponed the import checks as they weren't ready.
Is that 'neigh lad' a reference to the horse meat scandal?
And 'signing up to'. Is that like 'signing up to a deal that they have scrutinized in minute detail' (Iain Duncan Smith) and would not change a line of?
