T cell response , , ask @Muck Spreader

All I know is, antibodies look to diminish from about 3 months in. But importantly B and T cells that have the ability reactivate an antibody response look to remain viable, possibly for many years. People originally infected with SARS-CoV in 2003 still had T cells that reacted to SARS-CoV-2 17 years later, but no B cells present by then. So, I guess if you haven't had a booster but have good immune system, you will become clinically infected and feel ill, as it takes longer for the B and T cells to react, but not end up in hospital. And as yet Omicron wouldn't appear any more dangerous than Delta although most of the data is currently anecdotal so that could change.
