Thanks Will, I had forgotten as it was wrapped up with local elections. I probably voted for the status quo because I am not altogether happy with coalitions but wish there was a better way than the present first past the post. As I said before I do not know the answer.
When the UK asks to be admitted back into Europe they will have to ditch FPTP in any event, as it's seen as as antidemocratic by the Brussels.:D

Good heavens. That completely passed me by:eek:

I find that sad.

Although I knew it was a forlorn thought I hoped that the 2010 election which forced a coalition would see change. Oh my if only Clegg had joined forces with Brown to form a coalition rather than be conned by the Eton Rifles. Anyway twas not to be. And shows what happens when 'commoners' snuggle up and believe anything said by an Eton Rifle.

Flirting with Tommy Robinson.
Robinson may well be a reformed character and have genuine views that need debate and he may be looking for a more acceptable platform from which to bring them forward, but, if he were allowed membership, I can't help thinking that the floodgates would be opened for some of more extreme views to join up.
He may well be a member now.I've not followed it.
