We were told by a customer three months ago he had ordered but were expensive but we will give it a go spoke to him last week still not got so good luck

What is so good about these clusters?

Explains it better than I could. My brother in law works for delaval dealership here and he said the Canadian test farms were all seeing increased performance from them. I am skeptical of all the claims but if we can improve by half of what they claim I will be impressed. I don’t doubt that changing liners will be quicker with the cartridge system though.

As we are the first farm to be putting them in in the province we got the install cost waived.

Impulse air lets air into hood of the liner which makes it move away from the test. That I turn stops splash back of the test to eliminate test end damage It also lowers the vacuum at the teat end tests show its kinder to the cow with better milking and increased milk yields We test Millong parlours throughout U.K. so if anyone would like to try a unit we have a demo one

My cousin has the air impulse clusters in his swing over and ive milked in it a few times, its alright but nothing to get over exited a bit, still some slippage but the most annoying thing is the vacuum shutoff isn't good on the liners when attaching. Basically the nipples on the bowl are at the wrong angle meaning the liners dont collapse fully. he also says a lot of the vents break off at the mouth piece.

If you buy the de laval system been quoted on here at 400 per point on say a 20 unit plant outlay is 8000 quid If you do cluster exchange on impulse air on 20 unit plant outlay is 1040 quid if you don’t like impulse air you don’t keep continuing contract if you don’t like de laval you have 8000 quid in a pile

Yea I know but a chap told me that the other day and then bought 4 x claw tops at 70 quid a piece so really I can see where you are coming from but de laval at 400 quid a unit the impulse air is a good product and produces results the A D F is a good product but it ain’t 19 quid a unit
