If you think Peppa Pig’s bad, then try Paw Patrol:meh:
It's still better than Peppa. We watch it occasionally I prefer it to Peppa there's more going on.
But George has an dinosaur

Probably why she liked dinosaurs in the first place :ROFLMAO:
The night garden was good, with the big farting ninky nonk
So was the teletubbies
No just no! :stop:
What was the other one with the elves and pixies and the magic jelly?
Ben and Holly's little kingdom or something. It's on channel 5 in the mornings same channel that bloody pig is on.
Thread well and truly f**ked sorry Tone :ROFLMAO:

Now if you could stream non stop Peppa Pig & Paw Patrol into the house, then Tone’s tenant would be out and running for the hills.:sneaky:

Would you live in it as a tenant, if the opportunity arose?
TBH - I am rethinking the whole concept of selling

the idea of selling was to allow us to move elsewhere, but that dream / idea has sorta faded now
I don't really care anymore

actually thinking of pulling it off the market as it appears we don't know what we'd do if it actually sold . . .

as for being a tenant here - I don't think we could afford the rent this place would attract. In many ways, ownership / paying a mortgage is cheaper than renting

Sounds like a good idea to keep it.
At least you have money coming in.

Fingers crossed for all of us in NSW Roy:unsure: We have some "parked "cows and calves (or asylum seekers as I call them) here at the moment. Was told by a tradie the other day that the owner said he had done a million by hanging on another 12 months before selling up. Main cost of that was water and feed plus the major major loss of equity in his elite herd of holsteins. Probably only made 25-30% of what they would have sold for 12 months earlier.(n)
