I'm not a novice but I've never se3n this before and was hoping some of the more experienced on here could shed some light on this. She was obviously lambing, a long string hanging out, a lot of turning around, laying down and getting back up so we went to do some other jobs. Came back about 2 hours later to find a lamb curled up next to her, she was dead with cleansing and blood in her mouth and a 2nd lamb was presented perfectly with the hooves showing. Still warm but the unborn lamb was dead. When my husband threw her in the pickup a lot of blood came out of her nose/mouth. He thinks she's burst a blood vessel from pushing, I think maybe her heart gave out? Any other theories?
