Ewe missed at worming

Missed a ewe at worming after weaning and found her in a bad way today. Poor BC, shitting through the eye of a needle. Given her cydectin 2% jag, and some pain relief to try and perk her up a bit. How long will it take for the cydectin to start working on the worms? Anything else I should give her too?

Not been wormed before apart from white as lambs, and quarantine drench when I got them. FEC for the mob came back high
