Ewe not cleansing and straining

Be glad for some input, please. This ewe lambed triplets give days ago, outside. She didn't progress normally and when we caught here the first one was tail only and well wedged. We did tip her over and push it back before straightening it and getting it out. She really gave up so we pulled the other two out using what labour she had. She had metacam and antibiotics then. She was feeding the two left on. She didn't cleanse so she's had antibiotics and metacam again yesterday. I gave it a very gentle tug and it is well attached. The main thing is she is now straining with all the head throwing that goes with labour. The other thing is we didn't check for a fourth one (I know idiot mistake). She doesn't smell especially bad.

She is rough in herself, too and stopped feeding the lambs do they are off since when she seems a bit brighter.

So the question is, it s the straining a good thing because she's likely to be cleansing? I just need to decide on calling the vet or not tomorrow really or to give her the weekend.

Diolch/thanks

I’d personally give it pen strep, and a shot of selenium and the metacam
She’ll be straining on as she will have an infection

Thanks.
She had metacam and Alamycin yesterday. Would you do her again with metacam in the morning? (I won't catch her tonight - in fact the morning could be a battle - she's got enough poke to run! I've got pen strep if you think that's better.

Her bring infected us a better option than a fourth lamb.

I wouldn’t give her metacam tomorrow, the day after....I would give her pen strep for that type of infection myself

If there was another lamb in side things would be showing buy now, if she, s running about, remember we had a ewe scanned triplets years ago, she had two, could feel another, but it was there and she die the next day, rotten fozy lmb.
