Ewe on tip toe and bad legs

Hi all, seeing if anyone has an answer to this. We have two young (2 year old) ewes who have recently lambed. They were fine prior to lambing but post lambing they seem to have trouble with their legs. The back legs seem forward - as though they are going to stand and rear up - but they are walking on tip toe on all four legs. We have tried injections of antibiotics and Calciject 6 but there hasn't been any improvement. They both eat and drink well and still feed the lambs. We haven't come across this before and we are at a loss to think of anything else it may be. Has anyone had similar issues? If so what worked?

Thanks Jemski - that was our first thought when we noticed it about 10 days ago. Gave the first one Pen and Strep then a long acting to be safe but couldn't see any sign of a problem on the feet. I checked again a few days ago and still no sign of infection or inflammation, scald, thorns etc so I don't think it's that.

I've got one similar, no idea what's wrong with her. Almost dragging a front leg and back legs are right underneath her. Feet look fine, no swelling in joints that I can make out. Gave her LA antibiotics and anti-inflammatories 2 weeks ago and no improvement. She hasn't lambed, and has no bag at all so I think she's gelt. Thinking about putting her in the freezer tbh, just hope she'd pass for slaughter the way she's walking?
