Ewe with mastitis on one side

I have a mule ewe with loads of milk on one side, lumpy on the other. She hasn’t responded to Tylan after 10 days. Any hope of her rearing twins?

If it's a hard lump and no milk on one side then the damage has probably been done a while since and you'll not cure it. If there's plenty of milk on one side then there's every chance that it should rear two, but keep an eye on it in case one lamb falls behind, and watch that they don't make the teat sore then it won't let either lamb suck.
