Ewes dirty/scour after lambing

Hi all, I’ve noticed the ewes are getting dirty since lambing (started the past week) They were dosed last March. Thinking it might be fresh grass that they’ve moved on, were on haylage and nuts. Any other thoughts?

Thanks folks

I’ve seen this before but not followed it up. We have had a few this time the same. Just dosed them with supaverm and they came right. We just thought they had maybe missed the dose or spat it out. Ours all dosed in March pre lambing too. Ewes are very susceptible to worms at lambing
