Ewes on forage rape ahead of cropping?

Im going to have some spare forage rape drilled 6 weeks ago.

Are ewes on it ore tupping ok? Will diet be too good and they go fat?

should flush well , prob get ,more lambs , good high protein feed , depends on what condition they are at the moment , set them up well for winter i should think ,

Brasicas are low in Phosphorus so will need minerals if on all rape , the old way was to put in Rape and Ryegrass so it was more balanced grass run back would be good but not essential

i bolus all ewes twice a year to cover them.

I thought ewes weren’t recommended too be tupped on a brassica diet?
