Hi All, I have seen a few posts on this matter in recent months with some mixed feedback from other farmers, I especially liked a request for 15 acres of land for £400-500 pa! We are farm owners from West Sussex and have been diversifying the home farm over the last ten years, this led us to starting Paw Paddock Ltd. Paw Paddock is looking for land across Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Berkshire and Surrey for straight rental, to well exceed normal farming rents – c£1000 per acre per annum. In summary, – Paw Paddock, is an exclusive, enclosed and secure dog walking facility. Our customers make a booking for the exclusive use of the fields to cater for reactive dogs, dogs lacking a recall, dogs with a distinct chase instinct, puppy training, allowing rescues off the lead or even owners that simply want some “exclusivity” during their walk. Dog walking enclosures are not necessarily a new enterprise, there are many of them all over the country – what is very apparent is the lack of commercial approach. They lack investment in many areas including; marketing, user friendly websites and in some cases missing the mark of what is needed to make a paddock successful. What we look for is fairly simple, three acres of well accessed land close to a populace. This area will be fenced with a traditional 6ft deer fence as well as a low level weld mesh to ensure the dogs have no chance of escape. Shelter and pathways to be installed. If you would like to contact me you can do so by emailing sam@pawpaddock.co.uk Our website: pawpaddock.co.uk Cheers Sam
