issue if you weld it your going to out balance the other rotor and youd end up changing the bearings aswell. sometimes penny pinching on these things is abit crazy. but the amazone discs arent cheap and theres no after market. Whats the main material your spreading? i found blends with potash wore the veins away on our kuhn pretty quick over a few seasons.

£500????

Either stainless price has gone ludicrous since Covid was invented, or your dealer is developing an unpleasant sense of humour

Paid £212 for a set last year 🤔 thought that was steep!

think theres 300.00 too much on that, if you can take it to your local fabricator out of season and ask for them to bend up x how ever many you want as spares out of 308 4mm food grade stainless they will last forever.

I changed a bearing on a set of rollers for a fella. He took old one with him to local bearing dealer. I said get a spare as a couple were getting worn. So duly gets said bearing over the counter. Was asked if he was paying now and cooly asked for well over £480 each  He winced somewhat and asked if that was correct. In the end he was given 80% discount. What the hell is that all about? Machinery parts and tractor dealers in danger of strangling the golden goose.

Issue is if you have any warranty are they going to play stupid with the warranty as they’re not oem parts. Scary there’s such a disparity on prices, even when I go to BML Hayley for bearings I get a 45% discount written on the bill......

To be fair there are bearings and bearings. Who knows what quality the ones on EBay are? It could well be that man is taking the highest margin of all.

Well they supplied knott brake shoes with them so they were selling the real McCoy shoes
Think they sell trailers from base too so not just a ebay shop in spare room

Found exactly the same yesterday on our Kuhn. New set £150, for VXR coated £500. The spinner is getting a bit long in the tooth anyway so I just ordered a standard set.
