Exporting an address book from Outlook

I need to export my address book to a spreadsheet. How do I do this from Outlook? A bit of research suggests I log in via Microsoft Office and do it this way.

Not sure about Outlook, while since I used it
My contacts appear to be synced in Google contacts, which makes them easy to use in different machines. Click the 9 dots circled & then contacts
