Sack all of the civil servants on both sides of tne channel and trade will happen unhindered provided that the buyer has confidence that what they have agreed on will arrive in the expected condition, in spec and on time and the seller has confidence the agreed money will be deposited on time. Anything else is unneccesary bureaucracy and extra cost and therefore should be ignored.
 
The government has just realised it's flow chart for Fishery products exports post a ND Brexit. I notice in the addendum that Calais is not a BIP (border inspection post) port, so no seafood will be able to enter the EU via Calais.

Exactly. I believe we have two BIPs at present. Very small too, and not fast track ferry terminals.
Tariffs are the least of our worries for plant / animal (Phyto sanitory / Sanitory) exports into the EU.
