Facebook disabled

This morning I find out my Facebook account has been disabled. I have no idea why, I mostly read there. There's a couple of decent farming groups in the mire of absolute scutter I'd like to stay in touch with. Following the links I've been asked to upload my ID, upload a picture of myself, and follow instructions to do a full head video from different angles.

What the f**k?

It's a social media site, not an application for a sensitive job.

Not sure about being hacked, I got a code sent to my phone which I entered on site, then they wanted this other information that I'm not comfortable giving.

They already had my email address and phone number.

So many $@^&% passwords, it makes me dizzy. Then you make a new one and find they have "updated" all your other accounts which annoys me so much I forget to update the hard copy list of passwords. I've been asked to supply copies of my driving licence, etc. which I've done. I probably ought to change my name now.

I don't, there are certain groups that are informative and don't have presence elsewhere.
