Failed Concrete what to do?

Any resin or latex you put on the slab will just peel off. I have come across this before when building large supermarkets. Existing slab, we were told to try and make good with resin and paint over.

It just blew in a few days before we got to painting it.

Power floating involves patience. There is so many elements that stop it going off. Humidity, temp concrete and the initial first pass. Its not uncommon we are on site 36 hours.

Our std mix for floors Cem 1 (straight opc) 90/100 slump 0.55 water cement ratio, min cement 360 kg,no additives or wra works well for use and no problems we would add polly fibres in warmer weather or consider a blend as last resort, If you added water on site that will be there get out of any liability

The photo looks like its not ready to float yet.

We once split a load into doing an outside shed ramp and a stable floor, the ramp was hard in about 2 hours, the hand floated stable floor would still mark the next day... so climate is a consideration.
