Keep pushing you're door-step offers and service, I'm sure you're milk will be considerably more expensive than the supermarkets, one of the main reasons to add value with other services

Do you offer milk in glass bottles? if not get onto it, after this is over, you will lose some customers back to the Supermarkets, but those who get more than milk only are more likely to stick with you.

The plastics issue has made getting milk in glass bottles trendy.

Strange, these last 2 weeks, no one gives a sh!t how their milk is packaged.
Just goes to prove in normal times folk have too little to worry about, so they create something

Of course, the public are always going to say they want assurance if it's offered to them or they are completing a survey.
That's like me having a piece of cake and the server asking if I'd like a dollop of cream on the top, yes, I want the cream but probably wouldn't have asked if I didn't know it was available.

i find it hard to reconcile that formula 1 dyson et al can all of a sudden be making ventilators because we need them ,and we do so crack on. I doubt very much that the clip board warriors are stopping them other than to check the final product does its job against the sh--- of f a that we as an industry have foisted upon ourselves cos thats what we did or rather most of you ( edited to add or your forebears)
