Heard in the future every field you own will have to be soil sampled
No idea...I do mine every 5 years or so anywayIs this not a legal requirement now under the farming rules for water?
just ensure that you remember anything brought up in conversation last year and have dealt with it, furthermore if you have a new to you inspector this year god help you.and another thought why do we call them inspectors when they were supposedly set up to help farmers and would have been better if they were facilitators to a higher standard and thus price which is the way the scheme was originally sold to us not cause stress and needless workGot my inspection next week. What have the clueless dribbling Idiots changed since last year, read about rats, anything else?
We had our FA inspection about 2 months ago . When asked about rat /vermin control my wife perked up and said we have farm cats and they do it. Surprisingly the inspector said that's fine !Got my inspection next week. What have the clueless dribbling Idiots changed since last year, read about rats, anything else?

Believe so yes - every 4 yrs I think ?? Not 100% on that though without checking
Does your inspector ask for worming/parasite treatment records for your cats? I've had to dig out Vet invoices showing wormer/flea tabs for the last few years.
