Looking at the pic of this version again, I do like and approve of the lever protectors, as anyone who rides trail bikes knows, they are a godsend, and even better with a shroud as a proper hand protector. Maybe heated grips want fitting.... I wonder how much a pair will affect range? What are they? 3-4amps?

Needs a proper pad putting on the sidestand foot! That one is for town use only.... :)

Blimey that's expensive.....$7500 and $8000 in NZ about 3800 and 4075 pounds

If they get the paper work sorted out and tick the right boxes there would be a £1500 gov grant to come off those figures. Its still a healthy wedge of cash for a bike.

It's a bit of a non-starter I suspect without a grant for many farm users, unless the buyer is 100% dedicated to going electric.

I really do hope the Grant is a goer...

Had a shot of 1 yesterday. Goes up to 28 mph. Plenty of poke, and the 2 wheel drive is good in the wet slittery bits. It dies off on the steep stuff, but would still pull me up the steepest bits I’ve got at 9/10 mph.
It is very user friendly, and the front and back racks will hold a sheep tup, or dog easily .
For stock checking I think I’ll will be great. Easier doing gates etc than on my Honda 230, as you don’t have to find neutral, or turn off.
The brakes are good too.
It was the road version with knobbly tyres that I rode, as I think they only have the road versions to sell for now. I’m not sure when (if ) they will have the black farmer version in.
All in , I thought it was great. Price needless to say will dictate if I get one .
But great job to @UBCO UK for bringing one over to the borders for me to have a go !

It's the range I'd like to know about. I don't fancy pushing the thing home for the last 5kms
