got within 8ft of our mummy stray today...either she's getting tamer or she's poorly
looked OK though
@mrs mtxWe have a lovely farm cat ( Alfie), who we would like to find a caring farm/ countryside home for , as we are moving into an urban area. He’s very tame and neutered .View attachment 1091295View attachment 1091296
Yes a very good mouser, rat catcher and carries big rabbits about .Is he a mouser ?
He’s a big lad and used to our dog. Just want a good farm home as fear he’d get run over where we are moving too. You’d have to keep sending pics to our daughter thoughWill show him to OH later .
Hell of a change for you ,He’s a big lad and used to our dog. Just want a good farm home as fear he’d get run over where we are moving too. You’d have to keep sending pics to our daughter though View attachment 1091305
When we were building our current house we bought a mid terrace house in Hfd in 'prime rental' area . I really struggled ...but I think the neighbours struggled more with me!He’s a big lad and used to our dog. Just want a good farm home as fear he’d get run over where we are moving too. Not too bad as local village with good pub etc, only 2 miles away, but a modern house with neighbours . our old farm yard used to be in village with neighbours , up until we moved out in my 30s, so used to people and I like companyHell of a change for you ,
Country to built up is difficult
looks like neighbour left us a brace of pheasants...only trouble is our 3 legged cat found them first

Where went the fourth leg?
got gnawed by summat nasty and had to be amputated ....then had another similar but worse that had to put down
all our cats are rescue so gotta be philosophical I suppose
'timmy'...exhibit 'a' leads a chequered life...leaving foot prints on neighbours sports car and getting into 'scrapes'...had to rescue him off ridgeline of large traditional barn in November
