I don't think you would be jealous if you saw him. He was less than a quarter of the price of his siblings because he has a corkscrew tail. It's kinked in three or four places and looks like a hairy pig's tail. Doesn't bother him, and apparently it's a common congenital abnormality.
I wanted to take a pic but it's so hard with a black cat, you can't see any detail on him. I reckon he must be made of dark matter.

Wow, all those lovely pussycats are bringing back memories. In my youth I worked for an animal feed stuffs company that recycled offal and bone for high protein addition to cattle feeds. We had a number of feral cats at the plant and one kitten in particular had the most beautiful black and grey tabby markings that I had ever seen and I decided to adopt it and take it home.

Whilst the guys in the loading bay were moving bags of feed onto a waiting lorry, tabby sat with it's back to me and watched the men with the bag trucks move back and to. Like a tennis spectator, it swivelled it's head left then right as each bag truck pasted in front of it.

Me; I stealthily crept up behind said pussy cat and after several minutes interlocked my thumbs and reaching down took hold of the cat around it's mid section. Jeez; I now had a screaming, spitting, wriggling, buzz-saw in my hands and no way to put the bloody thing down safely. Bending my elbows slightly, I gently threw the cat forwards and it landed on all fours. Spinning around, the kitten gave me the most evil of looks and then scooted away.

Having learned my lesson, I then gave feral cats a wide birth but did have cats in the home in later life. In particular was Sooty, a farm cat, who came to live with us and just loved to eat crisps and help our daughter with her homework.
