Farm diversification, lodge rentals and joint ventures

Got a friend of mine who has designed a few high quality lodges which he wants to make into a business.
The ideal partners are farmers who might want to diversify into holiday lodge let's or have land to develop.
If you have the land he is looking for sites to invest in on a Jv basis

Yes I agree , planning can be an issue, but a decent pre application always helps and is a cost effective way of deciding to spend any more time or money on the potential diversification.

Looking for small developments of eco lodges where a high quality product is located as a holiday sale or rental.
JV would be site specific, and helping to get planning are part of the package but looking at creating nice micro sites of high quality rentals for example
