Farm for sale in sweden!

Perhaps someone here is looking for a farm to buy in sweden?

Our farm is located at Gräsö, an island on the swedish east coast. Hunting- and fishing rights. 25 hectares of land (fields and forest). A boathouse belongs to the farm and several farm buildings.

David: We had 20 dairy cows. Normally the price for milk is about 2,5-3,5 SEK/kg (more if you have organic production). The stable could also be used for 170 ewes. You get about 25-42 SEK/kg lamb depending on the time of year. Or 20 horses for tourism, riding school etc. Itś a good place for selling products to tourists, small "farmshops" are very popular in sweden. If you need to increase your fields for growing or pastures you can easily rent more land for low cost or no cost. Yes you can live here and earn money, how much depends on what you do and how much you want to spend
Static: At the moment we only have a few sheep and a horse, we use the land for hay and pasture.
Carbonfibre farmer: The winter here is not so bad. The sea keeps us warm in the autumn. Right now we have about +5 - 0 degrees Celsius and no snow.

What sort of weather do you get in winter and summer? High and low temperatures? Thanks

PDRD: Its a bit different for each year. The snow comes mostly in january-february, sometimes there's hardly any snow at all sometimes we get a lot (about 30 cm). Normal temperatures from +5 to -15 degrees C.
In the summer we have both sun and rain. Normal temperatures +15 to + 30 degrees C, often get the highest temperatures in july and august.

The vegetation period is 160-180 days (taken from swedish agricultural lexicon)

Farmergrum: you dont pay taxes when you're buying land. If you sell you pay 22% of your profit (selling price - buying price, money spent on the property, broker etc) in taxes.

Static: What age is highschool? We have age 13-15 in Östhammar (30 kilometers away) and age 16-19 in Gimo (40 km away) or Uppsala (95 km away). Busstop to all schools lies 2 km from the house. Swedish is really easy to learn
