Farm hand pay rates

I’d like to know what people thought was a fair price per hour for a self employed man to do a bit of work on the farm. He has a chainsaw licence, own public lib insurance, hgv licence, can weld, etc.

At least £15 an hour and you'll struggle to find anyone to do it at that.

Remember minimum wage is now nearly £9 an hour.
