The other Saturday afternoon I was climbing over the large logs I put in front of the gate , leading in to my wood yard and shed. A guy walking the footpath/bridleway that goes along side the gate said “someone hasn’t made that very easy for you”, my reply literally “Its me that puts the logs there to keep scum of the earth out of my yard and shed”, reply from walker , “ oh I see that’s interesting as I am a criminal defence lawyer”, my reply “enjoy your walk”.
I was astounded, how can anybody want to be on side with criminals :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :mad: :scratchhead: :scratchhead:

definately alarms and beam sensors,

police told me here if the beam sensor goes off ring us so we can be there as they break in and catch them in the act.

If nobody defended them then they couldn't be prosecuted....

in your dreams, I am a key holder for a neighbour when their house alarm went of I was phoned by the security company that the alarm had gone off I went down with the key bye that time the alarm had finished and I sat on the doorstep for thirty-five minutes waiting for the police to arrive they came with blue lights and siren down a long drive if I had been a burglar i would have had the time to empty the house I told them they were about as much use as tits on a bull

Because until convicted they're not criminals.

The Guard Dogs Act 1975

(1)A person shall not use or permit the use of a guard dog at any premises unless a person (“the handler”) who is capable of controlling the dog is present

(7c).... "premises” means land other than agricultural land.

No one said shoot them,, I said fire shots at them,, totally different,,

Yes different, but still likely to get the owner into trouble with the plod; probably leading to loss of firearms licence at best, plus prosecution at worst.

Always remember that ‘the law is designed to use every means possible to ensure that justice isn’t done’.

A rather contentious comment, with you being the incumbent Police and Crime Commissioner for South West Wales?

This case reminds me about my brother's situation when he was robbed. Robbers took some of his tools and made a disaster in his garage, the garage was locked with a padlock a
