Farm servicing/maintenance app

Anyone using any apps to keep on top of servicing/maintenance/daily inspections? Had a look at the farm service manager app which looks good but not sure if the full version is available in the uk. Also looked at the take aim app by good to go safety which looks good for routine inspections but maybe not so good for servicing/daily inspections.

Ideally looking for something that is simple to use mainly for keeping servicing records but also be useful if drivers could report faults and keep track of daily maintenance/inspections.

I ask this last week and have set up google sheets today for this.
The reason for trying to do more is a local farming company to me has gotten in trouble for not reporting and recording properly (were using a white board in work shop)

One of the main reasons I’m looking for something is for health and safety. I also think it will be a good way to make operators more accountable for carrying out day to day maintenance and reporting broken equipment. At present too often we go to use equipment to find the previous user has broken something and not had it fixed or no one takes responsibility for daily greasing etc.

While it may be simpler to use paper records it’s another job checking and filing these and ensuring problems are sorted.
