Anyone using it and why?

I keep checking them for fuel but don't find them competitive - over 3ppl out this morning on red.

One of those things that needs more people to use it for it to be successful, but until it is competitive then more people won't use it, and suppliers won't want to price with it either because they would rather sell direct at full margin than lost margin and market share by selling through an agent. Chicken and egg scenario.

Knowing I'm saving money today wins for me over the possibility of saving more money tomorrow.

Market place is if you need it straight away farm deals is is probably best described as a bit more like groupon?

That is pretty accurate - like the difference between Amazon and Groupon. Marketplace has no ability to group orders together to gain a better price, you are all buying as individuals.
