Assuming that either the guy filming the whole thing or the one on film in shorts is the driver, why didn't they just get in and drive off? They were obviously there before he took the pallet tines to it.

if you park over some ones front access in town it may not be in the condition you left it

my farm yard entrance has a bridle way /foot path some people think they can park in the entrance and go for a walk blocking the front drive

could be a u tube set up

I could not tell if he clipped the guy or not with the loader or if the guy just fell, either way I would be worrying about the cost of all of this and any police action.
