There's definitely a back story to this incident. The lad by the car has his phone out videoing, I pressume, as I'd imagine they didn't believe the threat the farmer would move it by loadall.

So they have obviously had a warning to move or some other discussion has taken place and this was the last resort.

I could not tell if he clipped the guy or not with the loader or if the guy just fell, either way I would be worrying about the cost of all of this and any police action.
Looks to have knocked him over with tines when turning and fortunately the lad went underneath them. Could have been fatal if he had been caught between the ground or the wall. Can't imagine the number of laws broken here :(

I think things were at breaking point in Upper Teesdale yesterday. The place was absolutly rammed . There was vehicles just abandoned everywhere. Here is just one example which just takes the biscuit really.

Right at the end of the clip, the two "members of the public" seem to be treating the whole thing as a joke-one drops his trousers to the police.

Of course, we know nothing of what happened before the film clip starts. How long had the car been there? Was there someone in the house requiring medical assistance/an ambulance? Had the car been there for a long time and Police had told farmer he could shift it?Had the car driver refused to move it when requested? Had he/they made threats to the farmer? We don't even know who's car it was. Were the two people actually anything to do with the car or just a couple of passers-by having a laugh? They certainly don't look like they own a new car.

Good lawyer will get the farmer some compo for time lost, costs etc!
