A holistically run economy.

Whats not to like.
The handouts would dry up because it would involve means- and drug-testing in order to obtain taxpayer funding. And there is an awfully large chunk of the voting public who simply vote for the cushiest ride through the next 3 years, it's as if they don't realise they're still paying for it.

Wuhan Dan is a gutless prìck that wont take any responsibility for his and his ministers mismanagement. Blames everyone else but his useless self..... As of Sunday night ALL Victorians have to wear gimp masks in public...Truck drivers crossing the borders have to be tested every 7 days. People on the south coast now not allowed to have any visitors in their house. Yet can still go to the pub.

Hes a leftist, says it all.

The measures are all a farce hence the numbers, if 25% who test positive are still leaving the house, the control measures wont do much at all.

He should be sacked by his own party but problem is they are all complicit.

Dan is delivering what china wanted, and trying to convince people its there fault.

CBA are sitting on my loan application for farm...broker assumes its because they want to see where this all goes next week. If we get 1500 in a day id say no lending for vic by alot of banks.

Ant....

So where is the new farm Ant somewhere a bit dryer than Portland I'm guessing.

Camperdown, bit drier than Portland, everywhere is drier than Portland, volcanic soil makes up for a bit less rain.

Should be approved next week but if we cop say 1500 cases then i wont be surprised if they refuse. They have already come back with some comments that rural vic is high risk and anything i own is effectively junk, so luckily i have a lot of the folding stuff stuffed at the bank and a share portfolio thats 60% up since last year, so i should sneak through.

Hope the cba havent got to many loans in vic? If they think its junk?

If it goes through im building 2 new sheds before i shift there. Then after a bit new house.

The farm is lookin good.

Cba list portland residential properties as high risk. They disregarded the rental value of my house, first time they have ever done that in loan app. Plus they add 5% to the loan amount and 7% interest rate for seeing if u can service it.

There is a house there , w/board fully renovated, i will build new and shift this ome to town and sell off or rent as investment property.

Old dairy and shed, i will demolish as they stuffed, and new 32 x 12 hay shed 8m bays, new 36 x 12m machinery workshop shed.

I think the fact it’s closer to him is the point....

He wasn’t referring to your Portland.

Blaithin, no one goes to the sh*tty isle of Portland, we all know its the beautiful portland of vic in the great colony of Australia, a proper tourist destination.

Question is after covid when are you coming to portland to feast your eyes on this amazing location, weve got a heap of trees for you to look at...
