We had one on an A-frame when we were contracting, had 760,000km on it when I left there. Just couldn't kill it, good ride too compared to a "proper cruiser"f**k yeah, great old car for our dirt roads

You can go to the outback now, and come back againWell, I’ve bought a replacement for Rupert, as a new “party car”
What I probably should have bought in the first place, an 80 Series ( 1997 ) Toyota Landcruiser wagon

They are for townsersInteresting that there's no sign of Toyota doing an electric or hybrid version of it yet...
Get them pulled and burnt, if they are cut you get a plant coming back from the root and when they dry out stock will eat them and suffer irreversible liver damage.I reckon it's too late this year, mowing or spraying/wiping once they're flowered out?
That's what I'm worried about if I ask him to do something "now" but he's about to have a real issue on his hands up thereGet them pulled and burnt, if they are cut you get a plant coming back from the root and when they dry out stock will eat them and suffer irreversible liver damage.

What do you guys do for parts for Older Landcruisers down under? I have a 2005 4.2 which is starting to look a bit worn. Here in the UK there don’t seem to be many spurious parts suppliers and genuine parts can be eyewateringly expensive if available. Not many garages know much about them because they are relatively rare over here.

Must be 100 series i think2005 wouldnt be that old here . . .
genuine parts are easy to get but yes, some can be expensive.
because they are such a common vehicle here ( i once heard somewhere that Australia was the largest world market for the 70 series, which if true, is amazing considering our population ), second hand parts from wreckers are readily available & there is also a large market in non geniune & aftermarket parts
which series / model is yours ?
Must be 100 series i think
I can’t remember the model designation number offhand. It’s the same lwb body shell as yours. 4.2 turbo diesel auto. Vehicles probably don’t suffer from rust and rot in your climate!
Hippies, pick the pretty flowers.....tell them they'll get high on it. That way all the seeds are goneI reckon it's too late this year, mowing or spraying/wiping once they're flowered out?
