Farmers and ppi

I think I'm getting the run around from Lloyds. I gave them account numbers and dates for overdrafts etc. And they sent a huge form. :mad:
Filled that in as best I could, but obviously no insurance policy numbers because I didn't ask for one, didn't need one and, and....
Bank clerk helpfully said " I hope you've claimed on your overdraft here".

Anyone had any success?
Do you need the actual policy, when the provider has that information anyway?
I'm losing the will to live here, or is that the idea??

No we didn't with ours, we claimed that we had it on every possible policy and left it up to them to find out for us!

I claimed ppi of my 2 banks.i just sent them a letter stating that i had never ask for ppi and could thay check and see if i had paid any' after a few mounths thaye both paid me a large refund.then 18 month later one of them (rbs) sent a letter saying that thay were re looking into my claim. 3 months after that i received a letter saying thay had looked into it and said sorry but after re calucating it thay still owed me £6,ooo. ps sorry about my spelling but my spell checker has gone to feed the lambs
