Not sure depends on the quality of the house and buildings , the big one with 260 ha is 500 000 euros , 4 houses, 8 ha land , and a nice lake , not many buildings

How can you put a price on property?
I recall my dad saying I was insane, buying my last UK house for 31k. It was for sale last year at 850k
I was referring to french property Mark , UK prices are insane but you will get buyers .
It's the same deal. You look at what farms in France were selling for 15 years agi
I would suggest that the Limousin is not the best place to base assumptions on farm values or saleability in France.
