Looks lovely but you're only buying 4ha at the quote price which is still good value compared to the UK. Do you know what they want for the other 200ha?

Biggest issue is location , is it 8 ton / ha or 4 . looks top half to me .

It's the land and location that count, you can always build sheds. However it looks a nice setup but I would want to know more about the agreements on the land.

I would think that the total price would be a big million(?) if bought complete. That's cows followers and machinery.

You probably need to tell us a bit more about what you are after if we are to be any help. And I would strongly advise spending sometime here speaking to folk and seeing the different areas. Finally, don't forget wives and children will always make or break any move out here.

We are probably going to come and look at different areas this summer, looking to farm sheep and beef. Would like to meet with ex brits farming over there and to get a better picture of the place.
