I’ve been amazed and extremely frustrated at the anti farming agenda push from the BBC today, it’s unreal. How many of these ‘journalists’ actually believe this tripe? They all seem to trot out the lies ad infinitum without question, who has them by the short and curlies?

Even the word ‘intensive’ boils my blood, it’s used as a dirty word, but the alternative to home grown meat and dairy is even more intensive artificial fertiliser use, intensive pesticide use, intensive cultivation, intensive processing and transport!

Confusion reigns in an atmosphere of misinformation and hidden agenda, and it’s the public that will ultimately pay the price in poorer health and well-being. The more I see, the more I agree with Newman-Turner’s phrase ‘health goes in at the mouth’, and our food provenance has huge consequences on the whole health of the nation, UK Ag should be top priority, instead it’s being thrown under the bus of big business and globalism.

Seriously questioning why I pay monthly to have the BBC’s blatant propaganda broadcast into my home.

What are the options for making a complaint about this that might actually have any effect? Who would be best to target?

I have an opportunity of a corner of a marquee at the Wensleydale show on the 24th August to use the solution logo's has anybody got them enlarged to a decent size that I could borrow( would pay postage both ways ) so we could use the opportunity to spread the word.

I’m sure we can help you out with this. They come up as 4ft by 3ft on canvas. Is that too big?

If you want to get some leaflets printed I can send you the one in the OP as a pdf.

Just a thought !! We have probably missed a trick for this year, but worth considering for another. Countryfile live is aimed at urban people, it now has 2 venues, why not take a stand and have all these 'Posters' right in the BBC's backyard. Blenheim and Harewood will attract 1,000's of people and they would all see the information.

I have a meeting with a marketing agency this morning who might be able to raise money from the industry and do things just like this. It is beyond the scope of what TFF can achieve, however the NFU probably already have a presence at those shows and have some great graphics of their own and are more than welcome to use ours.
