There's a reasonable costings booklet downloadable from here. I've used it as a starting point for budgeting something new. The figures aren't bad either.

Always interesting to read costings but there's no point putting ours up at present. We're still on the journey back from hobby farmer to professional one, supporting it along the way with outside work.
