Fastrac 2135 low on power

Our old Fastrac is playing up, it's a 2003 2135 Smoothshift.
6000 hours

Recently serviced, recent lift pump.
Sometimes it's fine, and then sometimes it isn't.

When it's down on power it feels like it has a 10 ton trailer behind it.
Doesn't smoke, doesn't miss fire, starts perfectly but doesn't quite rev up fully, even when stationary.

Recent filters
Recent lift pump
Tank pickup not blocked
Tank breather not blocked
Brakes not sticking
Turbo feels fine
Waste gate not stuck

Anyone got any suggestions before I tear the entire fuel system apart?

It's been a long time since I looked at one of these but I remember having one with a diaphragm on top of the fuel pump that split and caused something similar. Irc it was on top of the pump towards the back and about a inch round

.If the wiring from the injector pump to the ECU is faulty it will De regulate so loss of power and wont reach peak revs.

Heard the air intake pipes come apart and suck in on themselves restricting air intake but look fine externally.
Also saw one other day on FB where the intercooler had started blocking internally with rusty material, so could be on the air side of the system.

Just a few ideas to look into if you don't find the cause

Boost reference diaphragm absolutely fine.

All fuel lines checked for cleanliness and tightness.
Changed the lift pump for a different one, again.
Loads of fuel at the filters and bleed screw when running.

Seems to be steady all the time.
What boost should these make as I'm tempted to rig up a boost gauge.
Next step might be a local mechanics Dyno.

0.9-1bar. Need to see how it comes on, as it may well make that boost pressure whatever, but if there isnt the extra fuel, there wont be the power.

Not sure how it can, but, stop soleniod only going part way, maybe a high resistance in the circuit somewhere? Had similar with manual stop slowly rattling out and wondering why tractor was losing power!

Is there a tiny filter in the inlet into the injection pump on these?

Had a stop solenoid fail on one as well would have thought it was easy to test if it was high resistance in the circuit or the solenoid getting weak
