Feed bins etc

Pair of bottom empty Skiold bins, will hold about 5 tonne each,they have lids on but are not waterproof so need to go in a shed. Can be dismantled for transport. £300 + vat each or £500 + vat for both



Other mill/mix equpment also for sale, Skiold 3 phase hammer mill for grain, Cormall pto hammer mill for small bale straw and grain, Cormall KB6 3 phase chain/slat mixer, all can be seen working at present

Do you have anymore info on the pto hammer mill?

It's a Cormall "HMG 500 strawmill". Designed mainly to grind straw in small bales, but also has a grain attachment on top. Comes with spare screens of different sizes, has a fan on the back to blow the milled product down a 6 inch pipe. Made in the 80's, here since new and was in daily use until recently.

Yes it's 3 phase, 15hp motor. Skiold CM3 is what it says on the plate, I think the current one is a DM3 which is alomst identical. Suck/blow type, it's been set up here with a reception hopper to suck from with an auger feeding from a large bin, controlled by a magic eye sensor to keep the hopper topped up.

In full working order, had a new fan and rotor not long ago, comes with feed hopper, spare hammers and screens, some pipework and wiring/sensor/switchgear etc, £500 + VAT
