Feed value of different forages

I used to have a file detailing the relative protein and ME/KG of straws and forages - I cant find it anymore or on the net, - Im stocking up on draft and BM ewes at the mo and need to work out their ration but need this for reference,

In the past they've usually been put on long over stood permanent pasture renting in for the winter - poor feed at about 7% protein and 8-9Mj/kg but long enough for a broker to get a mouth full, and then they usualy have either hay ledge or wheat straw as the filler, if straw it usually has molasses and urea poured over it to bring the feed value up close to 12-13% protein and also bring the energy up.

Sods law these files are not on my new laptop!
