Just try something, need to change situation or it will always be the same. I'm not trying to be hurtful or bad mannered but I had my head in the sand and wasted 12 years of my life

I would try exercise will, try walking and joging, even around the premiter of your farm.give it a go

It’s hard when it’s not any easy to over come. Can try all I can and feel ok, then boom it hits me and back to square one

Hi will. Its a small thing but peppermint works wonders for sickness and nausea. From a nerves and ill health point of view I am well acquainted with peppermint tea, mints and capsules. Polo's have a high peppermint oil content. It just helps pair back the nausea. Small steps, each day, best you can.

Spearmint ones are lovely too. Peppermint tea takes a bit of getting used to but it does help settle your belly when it's in knots. Also calming for IBS symptoms. Magnesium is also really good for nerves, as well as a host of other body functions like muscle cramps etc.

Having read some of the earlier posts I can see how the "Waiting Time" element which is associated with many transport related occupations could literally "do your head in".

Little update again. Been coping best i can recently but seem to have a run of bad days and everything and I mean everything adds to my anxiety. Haven’t got anywhere with doctor yet and have some good advice from on here and they know I take all they say on board. I’m just wondering Again as I forgotten most, is there tips of how to ease anxiety and feeling sick short term. Today iv has a small niggle with a tooth and that means dentist so that means panic and sickness. Few family health issues to which is very minor yet only found out hour ago and haven’t settled since
