Feeling sick

Hey lad.

Did the peppermint tea / polos help? You can get decaff tea bags that are nice. Tesco do a fine Scottish blend decaff.

I used to be a terrible worrier and I didn't realise my anxiety was bad. I am on strong meds for chronic pain conditions but I'd suggest you go to your docs and discuss your meds.

I am on pregabalin for fibromyalgia. It works on calming nerves but also anxiety. I am a lot more chilled out on it, and in less pain.

I also take propanalol for blood pressure and this also is a anti anxiety pill.

I see a few pages back you had funny feelings on diazepam. You just might need to ride out the side effects for a couple weeks whatever medicine your on until it helps you. I saw it as either way I'd be suffering symptoms or side effects, if I could ride out the side effects then I could be feeling better and low and behold I am feeling better.

Perhaps you could listen to audio books, they're very relaxing if you pick a middle of the road story.

Have a look on the Pinterest app or website - lots of mental health tips on there.

Ginger tea also helps settle the stomach but I can't take to it so eat ginger nut biscuits instead.

Not having best of nights. Tooth ache was ok all day till evening now it’s back.
Have now developed a sore head which I never never take. So naturally I’m worried again and I’m home alone tonight

Having a little iffy spell this evening. Been dentist Monday and got a tooth out but had another giving me grief. Been very sore up
Till morning and sore since. Felt little better yesterday but today back sore. Have got a antibiotic prescribed but was told to only get it if needed so been holding off. Don’t know if it anxious or lacking of eating as much but feel little light headed tonight. Which making me worry I have infection and making me sick. Even tho don’t feel sick just sore head and light headed [emoji21] better improve or Christmas be fun

No no if your tooth is infected, get antibiotics now and get it cleared up! It’s like jagging an ill animal, the sooner it is treated the better. If it’s still infected after a weeks course you need to see dentist again?
